This guide is for volunteers and teachers to use with young people, specifically women and girls, to inspire education and careers in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, manufacturing, and design (STEM2D) subjects. SPARK WiSTEM2D is just one resource available on STEM2D.org, which offers activities, publications and tools for both students and teachers.

SPARK WiSTEM2D defines STEM2D principles and philosophy, provides information on the labor market and diversity of career options and highlights research-based strategies and tips for engaging and interacting with girls and young women through multiple approaches across in-school, out-of-school and community-based activities.
