Climate change poses great risks to the well-being of communities around the globe. Farmers in poor communities are often hit the hardest when drought occurs. FHI 360’s Climate Change Adaptation and ICT (CHAI) project focuses on Uganda’s “cattle corridor,” a region that is prone to prolonged and severe droughts. This infographic walks through how the project uses mobile and wireless technology to strengthen the capacity of individuals, communities and institutions to adapt to the effects of climate change and help ensure food security in the region.
