Videographer Steve Organ of Interatica followed the research team of MindLeaps to determine how this NGO measures the changes in cognitive and non-cognitive skills in street youth through a standardized dance program. Researchers and students from Carnegie Mellon University Rwanda and Drexel University guided the process.
