Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2nd Annual Cinematic Spaces of Education Film Festivalette, hosted by the Open Society Foundations and CIES2016. We were thrilled to have the Special Interest Groups involved this year, as well as film director Curtis Chin, who joined our audience for a Q&A following the screening of his feature documentary, Tested. The festivalette screened 12 films (and excerpts) over the course of the conference, which focused on reflections of education that probe possibilities for research, policy change, and new perspectives on education discussions in the public sphere. Thank you, again, for your intelligent contributions to the experience, and we look forward to seeing you next year!
